“We have finalised the draft after having several discussions with experts; it will be placed in the secretary-level meeting this month. Upon getting a a positive response from them, the draft act will be placed before the cabinet next month”

“The two killers are on the run. We will know who planned the killing, if there is any, after they are arrested”
