Additional Director General Brig Gen Farid Hassan led the 27-member Bangladesh side while Brig Gen Tu San Lin of the BGP led a 32-member delegation at the meeting.
They discussed the continuous illegal migration of Rohingyas and smuggling.
The discussion held at the BGB Rest House at Laboni Point in the afternoon also agreed upon sharing information and joint efforts to curb crimes including yaba smuggling along the Bangladesh-Myanmar border, Brig Gen Farid told reporters after the meeting.
The law enforcers yesterday arrested 70 Rohingyas and several human traffickers from Cox's Bazar.
