Two persons have been killed after a boundary wall collapsed on them at East Madarbari area under Sadarghat police station in Chittagong.
The deceased are Kusum Aktar, 40, and Sudhir, 35.
Sadarghat police station OC Mainul Islam Bhuiyan said the railway boundary wall collapsed around 10am Tuesday, leaving Kusum dead on the spot and Sudhir injured.
Sudhir was rushed to Chittagong Medical College Hospital where on-duty doctor declared him dead.
The OC said Kusum was waiting there to pick up her son from a coaching centre.
Police recovered the bodies and sent to Chittagong Medical College for autopsy.
