Two people have been killed as a cattle laden truck hit their motorcycle in Rahamatpur area in Barisal.
The deceased are Sajal Sardar, 16, son of Manirul Islam Sardar and Al-Amin Sardar, 20, son of Shamsul Haque Sardar from Atipara of Wazirpur upazila.
Sajal had passed SSC examination this year from Atipara High School while and Al-Amin was a second year HSC student of B N Khan College.
Airport police station Sub-Inspector Md Halim said both of them died on the spot. Thee Faridpur-bound killer truck managed to flee from the spot.
He said the bodies were to Barisal Sher-E-Bangla Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
