Two people have been killed and another injured in a motorcycle accident at Aladipur village under Bagharpara upazila in Jessore.
The deceased is Khayer Biswas, 28, and Mohammad Rafiq, 30.
Bagharpara OC Kaiyum Ali Sardar said: The three of them were retuning to their house in Babra village when the rider lost control over the motorcycle and crushed into a roadside tree around 7:30am Sunday.”
He said Biswas died on the spot while Mohammad died when taken to the emergency unit of Jessore Medical College Hospital.
Hospital's Emergency Unit doctor Kajal Mollik said injured Abdul Hamil, 45, is in critical condition.
