“RMG sector has got huge financial support from the government over the last three decades although it is the country’s most job creation sector.”
Finance Minister AMA Muhith yesterday said RMG owners should now contribute more to the government as the sector is no longer an infant industry.
“We are generating power as per the necessity and the country has no power crisis at this moment. But power generation needs to be increased to meet new demand.”
Stating that the country’s 67% people are now getting power, Finance Minister AMA Muhith yesterday vowed that all the people in the country would have access to the power connection network by 2021.
