Just because you own a shelf doesn’t mean it has to be stocked and completely cluttered, and just because your home has walls doesn’t mean it needs to be covered in priceless paintings and your grandma’s photos. Instead, invest on something unique for the coffee table – something high-quality and antique.

If your room has windows, opt for curtains that let in plenty of sunlight. If your room does not have curtains, please try to invest in high-quality lighting that gives your room a taste of natural light.
Durability
This should probably be one of your most important deciding factors. Be a wise shopper. Don’t choose ten new trendy-looking items that will make your way to the waste bin in less than a month over something well-made and which would be your friend for years to come.

They will always, always make your room look super cozy and rarely run out of style, unlike the latest trends - they never stand the test of time.
