A schoolboy has died after being electrocuted at Maona village under Sreepur upazila of Gazipur.
The decased is Ashik Mia, 13, class III student of Maona Government Primary School.
Sreepur OC Motaleb Mia said Ashik came in touch of a live wire when he went to netting fish to a pond on Monday morning.
He was rushed to Sreepur upazila health complex where on-duty doctor declared him dead.
