Gonojagoron Moncho will submit a memorandum to the prime minister and the state minister for Home Affairs on Monday, demanding the arrest of author and blogger Ananta Bijoy Das's killers.
The memorandum will be sent via the deputy commissioner of Sylhet.
The pro-liberation platform also demanded the construction of a monument on the place where Ananta was killed.
The demands was made at a solidarity rally held in front of Central Shaheed Minar at Chauhatta in Sylhet on Friday afternoon.
However, Sylhet Metropolitan Police Deputy Commissioner Md Rahmat Ullah said they were yet to find any clues regarding the murder.
Ananta Bijoy Dash was hacked to death by men armed with machetes when leaving his home for work in Sylhet town on May 12.
