A school teacher has been killed in a road accident in Baghata Palbari area under Narsingdi sadar upazila.
The deceased is Tofazzol Hossain Afrad, 35, teacher of Rahimdi Government Primary School.
Police said a sand-loaded truck hit the motorcycle of Tofazzol around 9am Saturday, leaving him seriously injured. He said taken to Narsingdi sadar hospital where on-duty doctors declared him dead.
