The sky over Dhaka and its surrounding areas may remain partly cloudy on Monday, with a possibility of rain or thundershowers, according to a weather forecast from the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD).
According to the forecast, winds may blow from the southwest or south at a speed of 10–15 kilometers per hour during this period. However, wind speeds may temporarily increase to 30–40 kilometers per hour in some areas.
Daytime temperatures are likely to remain nearly unchanged.
At 6am, the temperature in Dhaka was recorded at 24.5 degrees Celsius, while humidity stood at 71%.
On Sunday, the maximum temperature in the capital was 31.7 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature recorded on Monday was 24.2 degrees Celsius.
