Gas supply will be suspended for 11 hours in several areas on Monday due to gas pipeline relocation work under the DND canal excavation project in Dhaka and Narayanganj.
Titas Gas authorities shared this information in a notice on Sunday.
According to Titas, gas supply will remain suspended for all categories of consumers from 8am to 7pm on Monday in the following areas: Tengra, Bahir Tengra, Hajinagar, Amtala, Borobhanga, Kodaldoya, Sanarpar, Nimaikashari, Namer Shyampur, Zia Sarani, Japanese Bazar, Titas Gas Road, Chapra Mosque, Ruposhi Bangla Hospital, Shanir Akhra, area adjacent to RS Tower, Gobindapur, Matuail, Mridhabari, Kajla, Bhanga Bridge, Demra, Staff Quarter, Amulia, Paity, Zahir Steel, Shahriar Steel, Dharmik Para, and Council area.
In addition, surrounding areas may experience low gas pressure.
Titas authorities have sincerely apologized for the temporary inconvenience caused to consumers.
