Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed on Monday proposed Tk149 crore for Bangladesh Public Service Commission for fiscal year 2025-2026, which is Tk23 crore higher than the allocation in the revised budget in FY 2024-2025.
Out of the proposed Tk149 crore, Tk108 was earmarked for operating task and Tk41 for the commission.
Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed presented the proposed budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, amounting to Tk7,89,999 crore, in a televised speech on Monday.
