A group of miscreants launched a sudden attack on the Air Force Base near Samiti Para in Cox's Bazar, said a notification by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The notification was signed by Ayesha Siddiqua, assistant director of ISPR.
The Bangladesh Air Force is taking necessary actions in response, it said.
