The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement has called for a meeting with all student organizations to discuss the current situation in the country in light of the recent clashes at various colleges in the capital.

The meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday evening at the central office of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement at Rupayan Tower.

Leaders from several student organizations have confirmed this.

However, it has not been possible to contact any members of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement for comment.

The political alliance of left-wing student organizations, the Democratic Student Alliance, has not yet made a decision about participating in the meeting, according to Meghmallar Bose, president of the Dhaka University branch of the Student Union.

He said: "A decision will be made after discussions with everyone in the alliance. The talks are ongoing."

Additionally, sources have indicated that the student wing of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal) has not yet decided whether to attend the meeting.
