Former Planning Minister MA Mannan has been arrested from Sunamganj.
A team of police conducted a raid and arrested him from at his residence in Shantiganj around 10:30pm on Thursday.
Sunamganj Superintendent of Police, AFM Anwar Hossain Khan has confirmed the information.
He was arrested in connection with a case filed over an attack on students and civilians in Sunamganj on August 4.
