Protesters on Monday afternoon set fire to several key locations in Dhaka, including Bangabandhu Bhaban, also known as the Bangabandhu Memorial Museum, at Dhanmondi 32.
According to media reports, the fire was blazing intensely, and the demonstrators were chanting various slogans.
In another incident, the Dhaka district office of the Awami League was also set ablaze by protesters.
Additionally, the Awami League president’s office at Dhanmondi 3/A was set on fire by demonstrators, who were chanting slogans at the scene.
