Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq was admitted to Evercare hospital in the capital on Wednesday night.
He was admitted to the hospital due to a urinary infection and fever, said Dr Rezaul Karim, public relations officer of the Ministry of Law.
The minister's health condition is improving, said the PRO.
The minister sought prayers for his complete recovery, he added.
