From now on, the officials and employees of Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (Rajuk) can be transferred to any development authority in Bangladesh.
The organization has issued a notice.
This information was revealed by the Rajuk on Monday.
Earlier, Rajuk Director (Administration) Momin Uddin issued a notice in this regard on May 16 based on a section of the Sylhet Unnayan Kartripakkha Act 2023.
Rajuk Director (Administration) Momin Uddin mentioned that this notice has been issued with the approval of the concerned authority.
The issue of inter-authority transfer has been clarified in section 40 of the Sylhet Unnayan Kartripakkha Act 2023.
According to the section, authority and employees of other authorities can be transferred from one authority to another authority.
The notice said that other authorities are Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha, National Housing Authority, Cox’s Bazar Unnayan Kartripakkha, Rajshahi Unnayan Kartripakkha, Chittagong Unnayan Kartripakkha, Khulna Unnayan Kartripakkha, Gazipur Unnayan Kartripakkha and similar authorities established by law from time to time.
