Awami League has pledged to create fresh employment opportunities for 15 million youth by 2030.
Awami League chief Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said this while announcing the party’s election manifesto at a Dhaka hotel on Wednesday morning with a pledge to build a smart Bangladesh.
The theme this time is “Unnoyon drisshoman, barbe ebar kormoshongsthan,” which translates to “development is visible, now it is time to increase employment.”
“If Awami League is elected, the youth will be involved in the transformation and development of Bangladesh. There will be more job options for young people who have the qualifications. 3.1 million youth will be trained in the district and upazila, and the program will continue supporting them,” said the prime minister.
