Fourteen reports of arson attacks were recorded across the country from 6 am Sunday till 6:30 pm Monday, according to the Fire Service and Civil Defence.
Of these, eight arson attacks were reported in Dhaka city, three in Dhaka division (Narayanganj, Savar, Faridpur), one each in Barisal division, Rajshahi division and Rangpur division, said Talha Bin Zashim, station officer of Fire Service and Civil Defense Media Cell on Monday.
A total of eleven buses, two human haulers and one truck were burned during this period.
