The Chittagong Civil Surgeon's Office has initiated preparations to manage the aftermath of the cyclone Hamoon.
A total of 290 medical teams have been mobilized to handle emergency situations, as confirmed by Civil Surgeon Dr Mohammad Ilias Chowdhury.
Among these teams, 200 have been formed at the union level, 75 at the upazila health complex level, five at the general hospital, nine at the urban dispensary, and one at the school health clinic.
Additionally, a dedicated control room has been established under the supervision of the civil surgeon.
