The Centre for Enterprise and Society (CES) along with the Future Startup recently organized a webinar titled “Meet the Founder” with Sifat Hasan, People and Culture Lead, Klikit as the guest speaker on Tuesday.

The conversation revolved around Hasan's career journey, work culture, the technological ecosystem, and career insights.
He delved into his professional evolution leading to his current role as Head of People and Culture at Klikit, elaborating on his strategic view on career trajectory.
Sifat Hasan also shared valuable insights on effective hiring, optimal management practices, and common hiring pitfalls faced by startups.
Drawing from his experiences in Indonesia, he offered strategic perspectives beneficial to Bangladesh's tech industry, emphasizing the essence of fostering a high-performance culture through motivation and appropriate rewards.
Hasan completed his Bachelor in Commerce from The University of British Columbia and BSc in Business Management from the University of Surrey. He is currently the People and Culture Lead in Klikit.
Hasan was previously the HR Business Partner of Gojek and prior to that, he was the director of Human Resources and Culture in Pathao.
Following the discussion, there was a lively Q&A session where the moderator asked questions to Sifat Hasan on topics related to his opinions, career advice and productivity hacks.
