Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Wednesday forecast that weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours commencing 9am.
"Moderate to thick fog may occur at some places over the river basins and light to moderate fog may occur at some places elsewhere over the country from late night to Thursday morning," said a met office release here on Wednesday.
However, night and day temperatures may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
Country's maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 31°C in Cox's Bazar, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 8.8°C at Tetulia.
The sun sets at 5.40 pm on Wednesday and rises at 6.42 am on Thursday in the capital.
