Senior Secretary of the Water Resources Ministry Kabir Bin Anwar has been appointed as the new cabinet secretary.
The Public Administration Ministry issued a notification in this regard on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Nazmul Ahsan, chairman (additional secretary) of Petrobangla, was made secretary of the Water Resources Ministry, it added.
