Uttara University, one of the leading private universities in the country, started its Spring Semester 2023 enrolment week from November 23 which will continue until December 23.
The founder of the institution, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr M Azizur Rahman said: “Uttara University has 35 programs for higher education and our motto is 'Quality Education and Affordable Tuition'.”
“On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Uttara University and the admission week of the ongoing Spring 2023 semester, we have provided quality higher education for all at a very low cost and made it possible for the physically challenged not to be deprived of higher education. All of us should remember that it is our social and moral responsibility,” he added.
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Uttara University, the children, siblings and spouses of the former students of the university, along with third gender, physically challenged and minority ethnic groups will benefit from higher education at a special discount, according to a press release issued on Thursday.
The general students' admission fee of 30% discount in all programs and a 15%-100% discount on tuition fees for all programs are going on.
Students will be given a special scholarship of 10%-100% on SSC and HSC results in four-year programs.
Also, Uttara University has a special education loan system for students to continue their studies. A private bank under the supervision of Uttara University, "Bank Asia" is providing educational loans.
