As many as 13 flights were disrupted at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, as a plane was stuck on the runway due to technical errors.
A Qatar Airways flight QR 634 was unable to approach the taxiway due to technical issues. It landed on the runway at 7:12pm, Airport Executive Director Group Captain Muhammed Kamrul Islam.
“Later, the aircraft was moved from the runway with a tow-cart, which took 30 minutes and the runway was operational again,” he added.
