With the area-based power cuts in effect, Dhaka Electric Supply Company Limited (Desco) has announced the locations that could face an hour of load shedding on Tuesday.
State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid on July 18 confirmed that hourlong nationwide load shedding started on Tuesday to minimize energy subsidies.
