Children aged 5-12 years of age will be brought under the vaccine program, with the government announcing that they will be inoculated with the Pfizer vaccine.

In November last year, school students aged 12-17 years received the Pfizer vaccine. A total of 1.73 crore students have received the first dose and 1.60 crore students got two doses.
