A fire broke out at a shoe factory in Chittagong’s Double Mooring early on Wednesday.
The incident was reported from the Madarbari Kamal Gate area around 5am, confirmed Agrabad Fire Service Deputy Assistant Director Newton Das.

Six firefighting units managed to bring the flames under control around 8am.
The cause of the fire and extent of the damages are still unknown.
