A newborn girl, who was stolen from the Natore Sadar Hospital on Friday, was rescued from Kushtia early Saturday.
A woman was arrested in connection with the abduction.
Police will bring the baby back to Natore by 12pm, said Natore sadar police station sources.
Police will brief the media about the incident at 12pm as well.
The baby was taken away from her mother's room in the hospital by a woman disguised as a staff member.
Hasna Hena, wife of bank officer Mahfuzur Rahman and a resident of Mohishdanga village of Noldanga upazila, gave birth to the baby girl on Thursday.
The woman who abducted the baby apparently told the mother and her attendees that she was taking the baby for a check-up.
