44th BCS written test starts December 29

A total of 15,708 examinees are selected for the written test

The written test for 44th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) will be held from December 29 to January 11.

Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) issued a notice in this regard on Thursday.

Details including seat plan and other directives will be informed through media and the commission’s “website www.bpsc.gov.bd” later, it said.

Written test for mandatory subjects will be held between January 4 and 8.

Preliminary test of the 40th BCS was held on May 27.

A total of 15,708 examinees were selected for written test among 350,716 candidates who vied for the preliminary test.

Earlier, the BPSC published a circular for the 44th BCS on November 30, 2021 for recruiting 1,710 civil servants in different cadre services.
