Buet suspends classes to celebrate Padma Bridge opening

Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (Buet) suspended classes on the day of Padma Bridge grand opening. 

A notification was issued by the university’s Register Dr Md Forkan Uddin, following the instruction of the Vice Chancellor Prof Satya Prasad Majumder.

The notification said the university is suspending all classes on June 25, in order to allow students to enjoy the inauguration program.

Government has chalked out a program to celebrate the inauguration of Padma Bridge on 25 June.
