President Md Abdul Hamid’s Sajek trip has been postponed due to bad weather caused by cyclone Asani.
The head of state was scheduled to visit the popular tourist destination in Rangamati on Thursday.

Officials concerned were informed of the postponement through a letter signed by the president’s protocol officer, Md Nabirul Islam.
Rangamati Deputy Commissioner said all preparations had been completed to welcome the president in Sajek.
