The Dhaka University (DU) authorities have asked its students to register for Covid-19 vaccines by March 31.
DU Registrar Md Enamuzzaman issued a notice in this regard on Wednesday, which was also published on the university website.
The notice stated that all the students of the university would have to register online within the mentioned timeframe in order to prepare an urgent list of students to be vaccinated.
Students, who have already received an institutional email ID, will have to register by logging into the following link https://ssl.du.ac.bd/studentlogin
The rest, who do not have a university email, have to fill up a online form with their DU registration number, the notice added.
According to the Education Ministry's instruction, all the students of the universities need to take vaccine before opening the dormitories from May 17.
DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Md Akhtaruzzaman later urged the government to ensure his students receive the first dose of the vaccine by April 17.
