The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast light to moderate rain or thundershowers across Bangladesh over the week.
“Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh & Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna & Barisal divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over northern part of the country” said a BMD bulletin on Monday.
Day and night temperatures may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The country’s maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded 35.5°C at Chuadanga and the lowest one on Monday was recorded 24.6°C at Tetulia.
