Kumari Puja, Maha Ashtami, and Sandhi Puja were celebrated yesterday, while Maha Nabami Puja will be celebrated today, and Bijoya Dashami tomorrow.
Maha Ashtami is the third day of the five-day Durga Puja festival of the Hindu community. The main attraction of Maha Ashtami day is Kumari Puja (worship of the virgin Goddess).

Durga Puja, the biggest religious festival of the Hindu community, began on October 4. The five-day “Sharadiyo Durgotsav” will end with the immersion of goddess Durga idols in rivers and water bodies on October 8.
