Nazia Afrin Chowdhury and Foysal Ahmed Bangla TribuneNazia’s brother Ali Ahad Chowdhury started for Dhaka with his sister's body around 5am. Nazia was reburied at Banani graveyard on Friday afternoon.
It is suspected that their bodies got switched in Nepal.
Foysal’s family said at the burial that they saw Nazia’s name written on the body bag. Mixed reactions were coming from the crowd as Nazia’s body was buried in the place of Foysal.

On April 4, the Dhaka chief metropolitan magistrate and on April 5, the chief judicial magistrate of Shariatpur gave orders to return the bodies to the concerned families and to be reburied at designated places. Forty-nine people, including 26 Bangladeshis, were killed when a US-Bangla Airlines aircraft crashed and burst into flames at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport on March 12. The plane was carrying 71 people, including four crew members. Of the passengers, 36 were from Bangladesh, 33 from Nepal, and one each from China and the Maldives.
