Nationwide madrasas to observe National Genocide Day

The Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board has instructed all affiliated madrasas to observe National Genocide Day on March 25. The board has organized various programs for this special day, including inviting freedom fighters to give accounts of their experiences in the war at all affiliated schools, colleges, and other educational institutions and holding a special prayer across the country for those who lost their lives on this day in 1971. This will be followed up with a celebration of Independence Day on March 26, which will involve raising the national flag at dawn and parades, discussions, and sporting events at different institutions under the board all over the country.
