December 31, 2017 marks the 10th death anniversary of KM Subhan, former Justice of Bangladesh Supreme Court Appellate Division.
He played a strong role in establishing democratic rule of law for Bangladesh and the promoted the spirit of the Liberation War.
KM Subhan was actively involved in the separation of the judiciary movement. He relentlessly campaigned for human rights and demanded the trial of 1971 war criminals and crimes against humanity.
He died of heart failure on December 31, 2007.
