A 24-hour complaint department has started operating at the police headquarters where people can call, email, post complains against any policeman they find to be corrupt or not doing their jobs.
Assistant Inspector General (media and publication) Sahely Ferdous confirmed the opening of the department on Monday.
The department will be operated under the supervision of an additional Deputy Inspector General (D & PS-1) of Police Headquarters.
