Toma to perform at Tomay Gaan Shonabo tonight

Popular Tagore singer Tanjina Toma will perform on Thursday Night, May 4, on Maasranga TV’s popular musical show Tomay Gaan Shonabo. The program coincides with Tagore’s 156th birth anniversary.  In this two hour program, Toma plans to sing some of her lesser known numbers, along with some popular songs from the array of Tagore songs, including “Puja”, “Prem”, “Prokrity” and “Bichitro”. She will also sing a few songs from Bhanusinger Padabali and Tagore’s popular plays. The program will be anchored by Kaushik Sankar Das.
