Engineer Monzur Ahmad Chowdhury joined as Managing Director of Jalalabad Gas Transmission and Distribution System Limited (JGTDSL) on Tuesday.
He joined JGTDSL in 1991 as an assistant engineer after receiving BSc Engineering (Mechanical) degree from the Bangladesh University of Engineering (BUET).
He was born on January 1, 1965, in the Amberkhana Barabazar area of Sylhet city, his father is Dr AFM Sabbir Ahmad Chowdhury and his mother's name is Ayesha Khanam Chowdhury.
He performed the duties of various important positions in the company with skill and dedication. He travelled to Canada, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Italy for multiple trainings.
