Jubo Mohila League, an affiliate of the Awami League, will hold its third national council on Thursday.
The conference will be held at the historic Suhrawardy Udyan at 11 am on Thursday.
Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will address the conference as the chief guest.
The conference will be chaired by the president of the organization Najma Akhtar and moderated by the general secretary Apu Ukil.
The Jubo Mohila League was founded in 2002, with a convening committee headed by Nazma Akhter and Apu Ukil.
It held its first council on March 5, 2014, electing the two as president and general secretary, respectively.
Nazma and Apu were reelected as president and general secretary at the organization's second national triennial council on March 11, 2017.
They could be elected again this time, according to related sources.
