Breaking away from the engineering cluster, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (Ruet) is holding its own entrance exam for the first time in four years in the current academic session.
On Saturday, the pre-selection application process for undergraduate admissions began at the university, starting from 10am.
The application period will continue until January 14.
According to the admission notice from Ruet, students wishing to enroll in BSc Engineering, BURP, and B Arch courses for the 2024-2025 academic session can apply online to participate in the entrance exam.
Bangladeshi citizens wishing to apply for undergraduate programs in various departments under the faculties of Civil Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering for the 2024-25 session can apply.
The pre-selection exam will take place on February 8, and the final written entrance exam will be held on February 20.
This year, there are 1,235 seats (including 5 reserved seats) in 14 departments at the university.
