Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited has organized a daylong workshop on “SJIBL NRB Remittance Services” for Sylhet Zone Branches at Grand Mostafa Hotel Ababil,Dargah Gate Sylhet.
Md Tufael Yakub, EVP and manager, Dargah Gate Branch of the bank was present at the program as session chair who inaugurated the workshop.
Head of International Division Mohammad Abdul Majid was chief guest at the workshop and conducted a session on remittance business strategy, customer service and compliance issues.
Among others Noore Bahar Mina, FAVP and Md Shakhawat Hossain, FAVP, International Division of the Bank conducted sessions and demonstrated operational procedures of foreign remittance payment.
25 officials participated in the workshop from different branches of the bank under Sylhet Zone.
