Rail communication between Mymensingh and Bhairab was suspended on Saturday morning as a bogie of a train derailed in the Shambhuganj area.
Mymensingh railway police station OC Mohiuddin Ahmed said there were no casualties.
Normal services would resume once the train was salvaged, he added.
