Five people, including a child, were injured in Chittagong after a boundary wall collapsed on them.
The incident was reported at the port city’s Agrabad around 12:30pm on Saturday, in front of a house of one Nur Ahmad Shah, said Station Officer Shafiqul Islam of Agrabad Fire Service and Civil Defence.
Two firefighting vehicles rushed to the spot and sent the injured to a local hospital.
Among them, a woman is in critical condition.
"We suspect the wall collapsed because the pilings in the building were weak. More details will be known after investigating,” the officer added.
