Police on Saturday recovered the decomposed body of an unidentified woman from Chinarchar village under Charputimari union of Islampur upazila ,Jamalpur.
The dead body, which was floating in a jute field, was recovered at around 2:30pm, said Sumon Miah, assistant superintendent of police (Islampur circle).
The body was sent to hospital for autopsy, added Sumon.
