Gemcon Group Ltd has provided financial assistance to the victims and family members of the deceased who suffered from a tragic road accident in Panchagarh.
The financial assistance was given to the victims and their family members at the Panchagarh Deputy Commissioner’s (DC) office on Tuesday.
Deputy Commissioner Sabina Yasmin gave Tk50,000 each to 11 family members of the deceased and Tk20,000 each to 10 people injured from the accident.
Gemcon, which has several businesses based in Panchagarh, also announced they would give jobs to each able member from every family of the victims.
During the time, Panchagarh Superintendent of Police Gias Uddin Admed, Additional DC Md Golam Azam, Tetulia Upazila Chairman Md Rezaul Karim, Banglabandha Union Chairman MD Kudrat-e-Khoda Milon, Gemcon Group’s M/S Castle Construction Ltd Operations Manager Rabindranath Pramanik, Pathar Ltd Operations Manager Kamrul Islam and Gemcon Group officials Abdullah Al Mamun Babu and Abu Taher were present, among others.
